After having previously flirted, Kelli Velvet of Lustland offered to date Heydar Pianga of Hongerswak, claiming that she was willing to divorce Fernando Sánchez of Nopedro to do this, which Heydar encouraged her to go through with. Fernando promptly freaked out and yelled on the news about this, leading to him resigning from the position of president. Kelli and Heydar immediately had a honeymoon in Nyumba, leading to Taiwan insulting her for having 10-ish husbands within the span of a decade. Sipedro decided to take advantage of Nopedro lacking any leadership by declaring war in order to reclaim lost territories. Sipedro quickly smashed across the border, inciting panic among Nopedro as Sipedro quickly pushed all the way to Fietrar. As its position was just about to collapse, Nopedro completed its elections as Juan Virago was put into power, allowing them to mobilize their Dragons to the frontlines. Sipedro considered using its War-Androids, but the blueprints and most of the factories were in territory held by Nopedro, so it wouldn't work. Seeing no way to win, Sipedro offered peace, which Nopedro accepted as Luis El Fiesta and Juan Virago agreed to go get McDonalds together, with Sipedro being allowed to keep the lands it took due to Luis paying for the food.

Execution of Kelli Velvet

After their McDonalds, Luis and Juan commented how good the McDonalds was especially with drugs. This made Kelli ask for drugs from Heydar due to it reminding her of her own addictive tendencies, which he refused as they were illegal due to Hongerswak being fit and healthy. Thanks to her withdrawal, she went to Nopedro and had sex with Juan Virago on the streets. Heydar confronted her after this, to which she explained that Juan had drugs and Heydar didn't, which infuriated Heydar as he shouted that Kelli messed with the wrong man. Cheating was illegal in Hongerswak, so Kelli was to public execution in Moja. As a part of the execution, she was stripped naked and pelted with rocks before being beaten and dismembered, which all preceded her being burnt at the stake and thrown into the volcano at Mount Nyiragongo. After Kelli's death, Brandalina Louise was elected as the new president of Lustland.
