After the events of the 30th Yetian Civil War, the western rump-state of Yetevia was left in a quite unstable state after several conflicts over the region, allowing a communist uprising to quickly emerge in Yetia City and begin sweeping across the country. After occasional clashes between disorganized government forces and the revolutionaries, all resistance was destroyed as the Second People's Republic of Yetia was born.
