An unidentified man arrived in Islandia on a raft, he was prompted to identify himself after he was found which was followed by him asking if he was in Luxuria. Islandia clarified that it was not Luxuria, but the man explained his intentions regardless by revealing he had been a soldier sent by the Luxurian government to record the New Luxurian Empire due to orders by Yew Haa, though his speech was weirdly incoherent. Islandia revealed Yew had recently been assassinated, leading to the man suddenly fainting and having some-kind of seizure.
