The Second Yetian Republic's public image had been tainted by its recent expansion and the casualties it brought, allowing groups such as the Yetian Socialist Worker's Party and Kingdom of Yetevia to gain popularity, prompting dictator Nouvel Alarie to prepare 'Operation Strikedown' to execute all remaining royal family members hiding out in Apothelis to avoid them from being a rallying cry. Sizzle approved of Yetia's plan to invade its puppet of Apothelis, prompting them to demand Sarpistan to grant access, which when refused was followed by a Yetian declaration of war on Sarpistan and Apothelis. Apothelis noted how it could've just handed over the Yetevians without bloodshed, which the Yetevians freaked out over as this war was over their extermination, prompting Apothelis to begin considering an evacuation. Yetia easily ran over the much weaker Sarpistan, prompting Apothelis to surrender while Yetevia prepared to resist the incoming siege. Yetevia desperately held each wall that was being bombarded to the best of their efforts, impressing Islandia and Nilastan enough to begin providing support. Seeing Yetevia's successes, Apothelis decided to rejoin the war, combining their efforts with Yetevia to push Yetia all the way back to its international borders, forcing the few remaining regions under Yetian occupation to fall under Luvakhian administration to avoid encirclement. Apothelis made gradual advances into Sarpistan while Yetevia was given significant control over the west of the country.
Yetia's struggles lead to Nilastan and the Free Coalition beginning to see the New World Order as weaker than they were lead to believe, prompting Sizzle to intevrene in the conflict to save their bloc's image, leading to Apothelis swiftly being crushed and brought back under Sizzlean overlordship, though this incident would regardless inspire the Free Coalition to launch World War 12 soon afterwards.
