Without much warning, the Second Luxurian Empire declared war on Nilastan, who saw this conflict as fairly predictable and managed to gain significant support from the Aundzer Alliance, prompting Luxuria to gain assistance from thee Followers of the Dark Sun as Omnistat provided 'experimental weaponry' and Odinarod provided an army of 30 million well-trained yet poorly equipped soldiers. While Nilastan managed to initially push into Luxurian Nakmai, once the enemy army arrived they were pushed back out, prompting Nilastan to report that Luxuria had an 'army of 30 million depressed Rus children with special forces training' which greatly confused Sipedro. Nilastan prepared to try to slow down the enemy as much as they could in order to hold out, though they were unable to prevent the Followers of the Dark Sun from occupying Yangoon. Luxuria and its allies soon managed to break past Nilastan's mountain defences and push to the Ganges, prompting the Ceylonese Pirates to begin assisting the Nilastani government out of fear that their home island would be occupied after Luxuria had captured the Andaman and Nicobar islands. Odinarod's armies crossed the Ganges, spreading out into the country as a significant portion of Nilastan was occupied, inciting a largescale revolt among Nilastan's Muslim minority. Seeing no other way to fight back, Nilastan launched several nuclear strikes onto the regions that Omnistat and Luxuria had occupied, forcing them back to the Ganges.
The situation greatly concerned the Anti-Communist Defence League, Aundzer Alliance, and Non-Aligned Movement, so they decided to reform the Anti-Abyysky Coalition as the Anti-Dark-Sun Coalition was formed. Nilastan was unsure if they were worth starting a world war over, but Sipedro reassured them that their allies were ready to defend them. Odinarod sent more reinforcements to Luxuria as many of the previous ones had died in the nuclear bombardment, while Yakamoto joined Sizzle to try to take down Odinarod. Nuevopedro and Sipedro rushed into California to take them out before it could conceal itself with nukes again, which failed. Nilastan finally crushed the Synoran revolt at this point, while Texas sent spies with live recorders to uncover a weakness in Odinarod. Odinarod and Luxuria coordinated a joint attack into Sizzle from both sides, which Yakamoto helped slow down by sending reinforcements and attacking into Yuzhno. Texas uncovered that Yamalia wasn't 'indoctrinated', and successfully negotiated an agreement where they would push thru Yamalia without resistance into Mylonagrad to destroy the 'core' controlling Odinarod's hivemind to bring down their army, seeing this as the only way to achieve victory. The operation went successfully as Odinarod had sent too much of its army to the main front, capturing Mylonagrad and allowing Sizzle to nuke Mylonagrad without getting shot down, destroying the control tower. Odinarod's army woke up disorientated and with a headache as they had been disconnected from the network, allowing the coalition to apprehend them while Odinarod's key government figures fled to Luxuria. Now alone, the Anti-Dark-Sun Coalition forced Luxuria to back down and accept a white peace seeing as it had been winning until now. The territory of Odinarod however was placed under Coalition occupation until a 'responsible government' could be established.
