With Polsk destabilized, a group of bandits from the Theian Outback used the opportunity to launch a raid to steal a couple ship blueprints, prompting Polsk to deploy massive ships and interceptors to raid settlements in search of the blueprints, prompting thee Theian Republic to try to calm them down as such raids were quite common in times of crisis on Theia, only for Polsk to reveal that they had somehow stolen them from the Grand Archive alongside potentially dangerous classified information, implying that they were professionals not mere bandits. Polsk suspected that the SDS Foundation may have done this to learn about wormholes due to how they were the most advanced non-state entity, which the Theian Republic thought wasn't possible as the SDS had no reason to do so. Polsk analysed the DNA and fingerprints of the bandits that they had left behind, finding out that the bandits were of germanic background and were matched to to Yetian fingerprint database from the 220s which suggested that they were from a group of 1300 Yetian refugees that moved to Theia due to the ongoing World War 21, with their records suggesting that they were born in Ezon before departing from Saporoshien Spaceport to the Northport Spaceport in Macanaland, having no criminal records before now which suggested their turn to crime was recent due to either financial troubles or the Yatan-Theian Blackout's turmoil. With them being proven not to be Polskan residents, Polsk searched for evidence of a break in, leading to them discovering some tunnels dug into the archive which prompted them to set up turrets that destroyed 'unrecognized biosignatures' while they followed the tunnels to hunt down the bandits while uploading their files onto the very top of the Domestic Intelligence Agency's bounty list, offering a billion zloty to whoever brings them in alive with intact blueprints. Once reaching the end of the tunnel, they ended up in the Outback with paths of footsteps leading 9 kilometers near the edge of the mid-point of the Suo River which suggested they left on a helicopter or boat, which when not found prompted Polsk to employ 'handheld aerial scent and DNA scanners' to try to figure out where they went, eventually leading to them figuring out that they didn't use a boat. In order to track down the trajectory of the helicopter as no ditched ones were found, a spy-satellite was used to track where any helicopter had gone, figuring out that after reaching the Suo River and their helicopter, the bandits flew north over Pasagre before briefly stopping in Dina at Lgbtqtown before heading over to Bathegy after which it was not sighted departing afterwards. Polsk thus confronted Dina for this crisis only for Dina to still be babbling incoherently about how it was a 'broken false utopia' while Polsk tried to friendlily ask them to hunt down the bandits or at least send agents to look for them, which Dina refused before going silent. As Polsk failed to find the bandits exiting Dina, it sent Ghost Soldiers into Dina to hunt them down, which was unsuccessful though at least they discovered the Helicopter which had a partially scratched out serial number that linked its origin to Dinastadt, where scanners failed to pick up the bandits as well. Thus, Polsk sent in K9 units into Dina to hunt them down which prompted Dina to demand what they were doing, so Polsk explained that there were stolem blueprints and that Dina should be cooperative or the bandits would destroy them, prompting Dina to demand that Polsk leave or else this intrusion would be a violation of international law. Polsk explained that it believed that only itself and the Theian Republic were sufficiently advanced in space combat to stand up to the Qu and therefore this could compromise everything by the Qu learning Humanity's defensive strategies, which made Dina start babbling incoherently again before yelling that most countries on Theia and some on Yata did in fact have spacefleets just not ones overly armed like theirs as Humanity had in fact been competent for quite some time, but Polsk didn't really care. Polsk kept hunting down the bandits in Dina, prompting Dina to arrest them for trespassing and extraditing them which Polsk claimed was a failure on Dina's end. Polsk inquired on why they were doing this, to which Dina responded that Polsk was being nosy and shoving its face in other countries problems which Polsk agreed with as it claimed not to care about what Dina thought beyond hunting down the bandits, prompting Dina to keep demanding that Polsk get out of its country before it would start sending its own agents in Polsk, which Polsk claimed wouldn't work as it 'knew how to detect cloaked people' which Prompted Dina to proclaim it would achieve the same technology while accusing Polsk of being a police-state. Polsk kept hunting down the bandits, though out of the 1300 suspects only 10 were captured across Dina which prompted the captured to ingest cyanide pills to avoid said capture, leading to all of their deaths. Polsk somehow revived them by removing the cyanide from their blood and began interrogating them after placing them on suicide watch to avoid any further attempts to diie rather than remain captured, which failed as they refused to speak. Polsk thus turned to torture which seemed to almost work until their eyes went blank and they desperately tried to bash their heads into anything around them which forced Polsk to keep them in rooms made of foam. The torture continued for a couple months with only gradual progress as they were forced to be constantly sedated, force fed, and injected with IVs. Eventually, strange beeping began emerging from the prisoners, prompting Polsk to set up EMPs to disable what appeared to be bombs embedded in them, which seemed not to do much until the prisoners asked to 'get rid of that racket' for Polsk, which Polsk was hesitant to do considering how many times they had tried to kill themselves, though they eventually agreed to release the prisoners' arms as they explained that the prison guards weren't able to do this on their behalf. The prisoners did a strange motion with their arms which made the beeping stop, prompting polsk to re-restrain them, only for a 10-second-long ticking sound to come from the prisoners as all of them exploded violently. Polsk thus freaked out and went back to hunting down bandits, which caused Dina to complain again as it was being trespassed despite Polsk explaining that it was using spy satellites and scanners as they now knew there were devices in the bandits' heads. Dina started speaking in a weird prose calling Polsk a 'nation of democracy giving people medical comas' over 'common occurrences for nations that aren't surrounded by state neighbours', prompting Polsk to explain that they were after someone important and influential enough to disguise agents as mere bandits to attack them, which Dina disregarded as it kept demanding that Polsk get out of its territory as it hadn't completed its 'Cloak Detector' yet, prompting Polsk to explain that it hadn't went into their country this time which Dina claimed it wouldn't be able to know based on Polsk proving itself to do such infiltrations without announcing it. Polsk began actively spying in Dina due to rising suspicions while Dina monologued about how it would make sure Polsk saw retribution if it infiltrated them ever again. Polsk's spies took note that Dina had greatly devolved since the Blackout, with fear overtaking the populace as the happiness of their society had fallen apart alongside their supposed 'Utopia', which Polsk saw as a reason why Utopias shouldn't be strived for as dedicating oneself to perfection is just lying about how one has the capability of doing evil. Dina kept mumbling about its 'unthinkable option' which prompted Polsk to loook into it which caused Dina to deflect that Polsk should calm down about its 'international bandit problem' and 'medical coma thing' (which Polsk deflected to by explaining not even Polsk was allowed to see all of the Archive), prompting Isernotaria to tell Dina to calm down as they had been having a breakdown for years now, prompting Dina to threaten to 'calm down Isernotaria with force', specifically confirming that this was a threat once prompted. Polsk explained that the archives contained books about Miraak's powers and methods, how he found Humanity, how he controlled Polsk, and how he resurrected Nihilantis, which Dina disregarded which prompted Polsk to double stand and accuse Dina of not understanding how bad the resurrection of Miraak would be while Dina threatened to threaten Polsk like it did to Isernotaria and carry through with it. Polsk kept talking about how if evil gods were resurrected all of Humanity would be destroyed which Dina disregarded as it claimed to understand everything way better than Polsk did, prompting Polsk to note how dangerous this was as their prisoners had self-destructed to avoid spilling info, prompting Dina to demand that Polsk shut up about that. Polsk spoke about how Miraak's return would turn Theia (specifically?) into hell on earth, prompting Dina to keep stating how it didn't care as it had 'experienced hell before' as Theia had gone through many horrible things despite Polsk continuing to explain how Miraak 'kept them alive for 140 years through the torture'. Isernotaria noted how suspicious Dina was being, prompting Polsk to theorise that Dina had paid the bandits to steal the blueprints in order for a better life in Dina as clearly Dina didn't want clear terrorists to be kicked out of its country for some reason. With Dina clearly being so suspicious, Polsk rallied the Theian Defence Pact (Though in this case mainly Isernotaria and the Karina Dynasty) and the Theian Republic to launch an immediate invasion of Dina.
Polskan naval forces struck onto Dina's coastlines in the Aktoon Sea before soon also lading on Dina's northern coast alongside the TR before sending paratroopers and naval forces around Dinastadt while also moving to secure Western Dina as a whole. After some fighting, Polsk started failing to make significant progress on Dinastadt Island and Western Dina after their initial advance was bogged down, while in the north a series of unexplained airbursts and civilian evacuations were recorded, prompting Polsk to launch another northern invasion with more forces than before. Polsk noted that many fronts leading into Dina's most developed areas were easily wiped out while the far-north and western Dina held on relentlessly, prompting them to believe that something was hidden in said locations, thus they launched an attack to cut off the two regions from one another. As this pincer manoeuvre seemed to still not break the Dinan defence, Polsk launched a nuke which seemed to leave a strange undamaged spot which they deemed was a point of interest. The Theian Republic also reported that it couldn't advance further, prompting Polsk to begin relentlessly bombarding the defended point.
After some time, Polsk launched another attack into the north and west, pushing Dina back as they announced that all supplies and preparations for 'Operation Unthinkable' were prepared, leading to Polsk detecting extensive powersurges as 'initialization began'. Dina spoke of 'importing its consciousness into Unthinkable' before suddenly freaking out which prompted Polsk to start drilling towards the facility with a laser, coinciding with Dina starting to babble in binary which was translated into what seemed to be a start-up sequence for 'Omnistat Recovery Dataprojects', confusing Polsk until Dina eventually returned to normal speech apologising for the binary. Polsk kept drilling despite Dina claiming the previous 'incident' was nothing to be worried about despite Dina suddenly being able to push back. The drill eventually reached a underground bunker full of refugees which Polsk sent soldiers into, prompting Dina to try to bombard the Spear of Adun which had been drilling into the ground as it was exposed pointing into the ground, but it was inexplicably invulnerable to damage. The Adun blasted down onto the surface of Dina to support Polskan troops as they were being pushed back prompting Polsk to begin investigating how they had become so powerful. Dina spread propaganda accusing Polsk of committing warcrimes by killing refugees despite being a 'paragon of democracy', calling for action against this injustice which Polsk didn't exactly deny as it claimed the refugees 'had a chance to leave', proving to be enough of a controversy to convince Arstotzka to dial back its participation somewhat. Polsk tried to convince Arstotzka not to do this as Dina was a terrroist state in their eyes, which Arstotzka disagreed with as they saw Dina as a non-marxist socialist state which had gone awry with the bandits being a separate faction due to how common such raids were, leading to a dispute which saw Arstotzka withdraw from the war after being told of the capabilities of the bandits and how it shouldn't be possible to happen to Polsk. Isernotaria questioned this as during the Qu-Martian War Polsk had recovered the Terazene Crystal containing Miraak and bound it to the tip of the Spear of Adun, but Polsk explained that there was a very specific way to bring him back and that the weaponization was a step away from it. Polsk invaded the north of Dina once more now with a fleet of 3 ships and paratroopers, prompting Dina to claim that it was a protagonist being attacked over 'glorified thieves', which Polsk disregarded as another lie as its fighters assisted its army in pushing south while preparing counterattacks elsewhere. Polsk kept trying to scan for the earlier powersurges and dropping 'signal boosters' into its drilled hole to try to find the source, which still didn't deliver results which prompted Polsk to begin trying to look for malfunctions in their scanner. As Polsk kept trying to figure out what was going on with Dina's troops, it resorted to 'unorthodox tactics' such as mobilizing children's entertainment animatronics from Fazbear Entertainment, apes from zoos, cows from farms, and polar bears with artillery mounted on their back operated by riding humans, which all proved to be extremely ineffective and easy to counter despite Polsk claiming that its assets could 'communicate with oone another'. Still struggling to fight back, Polsk began preparing for a new counteroffensive.
Fighting started up once more as Polsk launched its counteroffensive with soldiers equipped for taiga combat alongside war-androids to counter Dina. After equipping its allies with its winter gear, Polsk launched yet another naval invasion into northern Dina with the support of several warships, soon being joined by the YNF once they joined the war. Dina forces started being overwhelmed to the point of retreating from the southeastern part of the front which allowed Polsk's armies and the YNF's ion-cannon artillery to blast away the enemy with great ease as well as weaken Dina's shields alongside Polsk's warships whom began arriving en masse to disrupt enemy forces and logistics. Polsk went through Dina's military records and interrogated leaders to very little results beyond this being their first ever war and their leadership 'going crazy' and not really giving them any information about any facilities or even the hired bandits, while the YNF began gathering old weapons from Camp Avania to breach Dina's heavily defended mountains. While Polsk was busy intercepting communications and interrogating 'terrorists', the YNF reactivated a couple Anlace-Class Superweapons and blasted them at the side of Dina's mountains to bore in, collapsing many mountains as their 'infiltration corps' moved in before Polsk did and made an unidentified 'kachunk' noise before revealing that the route was safe as somekind of titanium bunker was inside. Dina mumbled that the 'broken utopia shatters tonight' before setting off a bomb in the bunker, destroying everything and everyone inside including their leadership, leading to Dina's defeat. Polsk attempted to analyse what was left, but could onlky ascertain that there was a lot of tungsten and Liquim inside, thus they opted to tear apart everything they could in the country for more information while rounding up all 'terrorists'. During this search, it was uncovered that all that Dina stole was some ship blueprints and no 'god summoning rituals', though any attempts to recover the lost files in the north was unsuccessful beyond vague text describing the construction of a machine and blueprints being needed to make a fleet due to the bunker being exploded. Polsk and Isernotaria opted to continue occupying Dina for some time during the investigation, though the YNF pulled out.
