The recently established Micronation of Wales felt lonely due to it only being a sheep in a pen, leading to a second sheep which was black to be put into the pen by the local humans. The two bred, leading to the birth of Rainbow Superman Sheep, who wanted to be president. The Black Sheep said he can't be president because the humans would kill him, but Rainbow revealed he was actually superman and used lazer eyes to get out of the pen and telepathy to tell everyone in Wales he's running for president, which Ireland seemed to respect as they granted the rest of Wales to Wales.
