Space Cable Incident

Iujadogia completed the construction of the 'Yatan-Theian Space Cable' designed to transport power and data between the two planets, being long enough to wrap neatly around the two's orbits even at their furthest distance so that it would not get snapped or hit Alpha Sol. Once connected, the previously long contact times between Yata and Theia were negated as the two planets had live instant communications between one another for the very first time while also repairing the network damage caused by ILCADOS in World War 11 and World War 12. Iujadogia briefly decided to unplug it so it may be improved upon, although the second that it was disconnected from Yata all of the planet's power suddenly was drained and all communications shut off. Drenemoria thus sent a diplomatic ship to Asophania to discuss the situation, who explained that something must have happened on Theia which took down the power grid, so Asophania looked thru its telescopes to see what was up. Thru the telescope, Theia appeared to be distorting while its people fled eastwards as the planet split violently as purple beams erupted across the middle. Theia was seemingly duplicated, with all survivors successfully fleeing onto the half that had survived thanks to experimental cloning technology. Yetia theorised that this incident was due to the Universe attempting to drag Humanity back into backrooms as they were seemingly never supposed to leave, though how true this was was unclear. The new duplicate of Theia was named 'Selene' after the greek equivalant of the deity Luna, daughter of the deity Theia. Fearing that events such as the formation of Level 37 during World War 11 and now this duplication would lead Humanity back to the Backrooms, Yetia and Asophania decided to work on a way to prevent Theia from reaching the split point, which they theorised was a tear into the Backrooms.
