As the international community considered ways to deal with Luxuria after the terrible events of the Luxurian Purge, a unknown polity suddenly offered to help in the situation while refusing to reveal themselves, which Yetia and Sizzle quickly accepted while Sipedro remained too occupied to notice. As the world looked onto what would happen after they had accepted... It was suddenly revealed that the New Luxurian Empire was behind the messages and had begun invading Luxuria. As Yetia and Sizzle noticed who they said yes to they quickly withdrew their support, though they also did not stop the NLE due to their surprisingly large army and intentions to make Luxuria actually livable. The Luxurian Republic did not fight back against the invaders, claiming that they did not have time to make their people fight back. After a short period of securing the country, the New Luxurian Empire proclaimed victory and declared the dissolution of the Luxurian Republic, proclaiming their mission to be the reconstruction of Luxuria and the end of its chaos.
George George's return to Luxuria after the end of the Luxurian Purge was cancelled as well, with him remaining in Yetia due to the new regime's unwillingness to give him power or influence. The NLE was promptly free to begin consolidating its rule, acting to end Luxuria's Ebola epidemic that Sizzle had caused. The NLE was quick to begin acting towards territorial expansion as well, annexing the island of New Guinea due to its Luxurian population, forcing them to put down to some resistance from local Yomtach clans, whom held onto control over some parts of the interior and north of the island even after the NLE had taken over the territory. After having held a referendum for if ex-president Terry Teur should be executed or imprisoned for his crimes, the NLE held a public execution in Alice Springs that was broadcasted live by Kate Andrews, allowing his death to be shown to the entire country.
