Despite its victory in the Yetian-Italian War, the coup which had occurred in Yetia during its later stages managed to irreparably destabilize the nation as mere months later as forces loyal to England in Exile, the newly formed 'Waclaw National Liberation Movement', the anti-Coup 'Free Yetian Republican Movement' and Anti-Yetian elements in Choros rose up in rebellion against the Yetian government. Seeing to avenge their defeats, Italy, Rome, and remaining Irish forces intervened and joined the conflict. Yetia fought desperately to contain the crisis, as it was only capable of retaking lost lands in a few areas at a time.
Yetia's first fully powered offensive was focused on Choros, quickly seizing several major government officials which lead to the Provisional Government in the region collapsing into infighting between the Epirus Government, Macedon Government, Thessaly Government, Attica Government, Peloponnese Government, and Crete Government. Out of all of these factions the Macedon Government managed to emerge victorious, proclaiming the 'Empire of Inchyros' after the Ancient Inchyros empire. Thanks to its superior tactics which also allowed it to unify Choros, the Inchyrosians rapidly began advancing throughout Yetia, smashing through their weakened lines due to their infighting until Inchyros pushed all the way to Yetia City. Having been greatly destabilized by their defeats, the Eighth Kingdom of Yetia collapsed, leading to the full restoration of Ireland's sovereignty and the fall of all non-occupied Yetian territories to the FYRM. Deciding to continue their campaign, Inchyros started a second offensive towards Newtown. Fearing they would be next, the Italians launched attacks against Inchyros while it was busy fighting off the remnants of the FYRM, allowing them to swiftly capture Newtown. Facing significant losses, Inchyros began retreating back to the balkans as the FYRM liberated much of Yetia. Hoping to achieve peace, the FYRM signed a peace agreement that saw it be reorganized into a client-state of Italy known as the 'Second Republic of Yetia'. Having greatly expanded their territory and gathered the support of much of Yetia's armies, Inchyros was successfully defeated and partitioned between Italy and Yetia.
