A rat who claimed to be 'the ruler of the Chungusland sewer' sought Polskan aid in overthrowing Chungusland's government over hatred of their cult-like political system, which Polsk accepted in return for annexing the country which the rat tenuously agreed to. The revolt thus started as the rodent militias rose up, prompting Chungusland to threaten to give them 'nick land pamphlets', though luckily Rathatten was armed by Polsk with much better rifles and tanks. Chungusland was completely unaware of what tanks were, so they were easily overwhelmed by the enemy and destroyed, giving rise to the 'Republic of Rathattan' which went against their previous deal to join Polsk. Polsk was justifyably angry by this betrayal and shelled the island and sent paratroopers to occupy it, threatening the use of 'rat-targeting bioweapons'. Despite all of these threats and clashes, no actual conflict came from this.
