After over a decade of preparations, Zirnec demanded control over Yetia's alpine regions which the United States of Europa obviously refused, prompting Zirnec to declare war on Europa, Khat, Jeriya, Tripoli, Sarpistan, Ortilia, and Saharia. Zirnec explained that it had prepared for this as its armies rushed outwards from former Bornuvia, prompting Europa and Sarpistan to desperately set up defences to keep Zirnec out of Europe. Once Zirnec reached the fortifications it simply blasted out with a previously unknown Laser Tower complex to destroy all defences, forcing Europa to begin charging the Yetian Laser Tower, though this was stopped as a Zirnec army landed in Venice and pushed up to capture the tower. Worried of Zirnec's plans, Sipedro was convinced to help in defending the alps from Zirnec as it seemingly hadn't found whatever it was looking for yet. Sipedro managed to recruit its allies Lizarb and Dzaphania to help and then tried to manipulate Lustland into joining which Lizarb said was unwise as Lustland would switch sides to a side that treats them nicer. Europa began looking for its own secret warehouses in the Alps to try to counter Zirnec as a stalemate set in, though Polsk suddenly showed up and began orbitally bombarding Zirnec without knowing what was happening. Europa began putting its old BX-03 Units onto the battlefield after finding them, continuing to build up defences as a little over a million Polskan soldiers and a couple mobile bases came in to help. Zirnec obliterated the defences with another Laser Blast, prompting Polsk to try to destroy it oonly to find out Lake Chad was covered by a massive shield elevated 20 metres abovoe the ground, making Europa realise all of the shots and Zirnec itself was coming out of the ruins of Red City and Site-3. Polsk began sending in drop ships under the shield after bombing out a trench surrounding it, prompting the Laser Tower to begin firing at them as a siege for the region began.
Unfortunately despite reaching the ruins of Red City, Polsk was too late as Zirnec managed to find and activate the device they were looking for, ripping open a tear into Timeline-001 within Red City, revealing that the so called 'perfect dimension' was little more than a chaotic farce as the Red Leader emerged. As Polsk evacuated its forces to prepare for a new attack, Red Leader picked up Zirnec and spoke of how the Attrick Gas still seemed to be effective despite being so flawed, imbuing Zirnec with energy that reprogrammed and reformed Zirnec with new blueprints, new strategies, new schemes alongside a sole order; total decimation of this realm. The barrier was empowered by Void Energy as it appeared that Red Leader had learned how to fully control it during his absence, allowing Zirnec (the nation) to be reorganized into the Imperium of New Red City. The Martian Empire quickly contacted the Universal Council thru Jakalaika to warn them of the Red Leader's arrival, beginning the UC's contingency plans as armies of long-dead Red City androids and machines rose from the ground as the Leader spoke, prompting the entire United Nations to declare war on the Red Leader. Red Leader lifted up his first ever mechanical form and impaled it, causing it to glow with runes which brought forth energy to flow through it and repair its damages, upgrading into a new form as the Red Leader spoke in a strange ancient tongue as Miraak warped in soldiers and moved to drop kick Red Leader. Red Leader grapped Miraak and prevented him from hitting, forcing Miraak to teleport away to Titan as an energetic beam was redirected to strike Polsk's fleet. Polsk summoned the members of the SDF as the Leader avoided all of Miraak's attempts to immobilize it via warping reality.
Sizzle noted that in the past the Red Leader was stopped via a weapon given by The Giver which drained all Void Energy from an area, prompting Miraak to try to do this himself but saw little success as the amount of energy being generated within the Leader was seemingly unending. The Giver silently made her presence known, meanwhile the Red Leader exited his body and opened another portal to Timeline-001 which revealed massive dark monsters roaming the wastelands and consuming everything that moved, with these creatures now rushing through the portal like a swarm, with Miraak crossing said portal and converting it into a star, prompting the Red Leader to try to collapse the portal onto Miraak but he simply made a new one. The Red Leader came up with a plan to thwart Miraak, digging down from the bottom of the ocean towards Yata's Void Energy -tainted core (Unaware that Nihilantis had drained much of it), though Miraak opened a shield around the Core to prevent it from leaking outwards or being extracted. Miraak's eyes glowed a deep green as he tried to erase the Leader, only for the Leader to reveal that he had severed his hand and allowed it to meld into the Void Energy core, with Miraak being left unable to defeat this portion of him now. Miraak thus kicked the leader and decapitated him, prompting The Giver to appear and congratulate Miraak for defeating the Leader. The Giver claimed that the Red Leader cannot and must not die today as the Late Void still needed him, vanishing with the remnants of the Leader.
Miraak glowed with rage and resurrected his army to fight Zirnec's remnants away, only for said army to de-activate without the Red Leader present. All occupied countries were liberated, while the United Nations occupied the ruins of Bornuvia to rebuild it and the SDS Foundation occupied N'Djamena to recontain SDS-007 and heal/free Zirnec.
