Secession of Palladia and Persium

After Tritonia's recent move of the capital from Palladia to Tritonia City, Palladia declared independence from Tritonia around the same time that Persium broke away from Drenemoria. Palladia cited its reasons to be neglect, recent demolitions, and moving of institutions elsewhere. Palladia claimed it would rather be under Vedaburg than be besieged by Yetia every time a conflict broke out. While Tritonia initially attempted to convince them to stay, this failed as mutinies rocked its army which prevented any forceful seizures, though Palladia did remain within the Rus Alliance.
