In Rossiya's second elections, despite unbanning the communits and separatists, the far-right 'Pan-Tritonian Restoration Party' managed to win the election with a majority large enough to simply abolish all future elections and expand the power of the government. In order to pursue this new 'strategy', Rossiya proclaimed the 'Rossiyan Provisional Government' as the new successor of the Rossiyan Federation.
