Baitang continued expanding throughout western Orientalis, leading to a region of Bingustan breaking away and declaring the 'Soviet Republic of Northern Bingustan' which Baitang claimed to be uninvolved with despite the SRNB almost immediately joining Baitang. Bingland once more demanded that Baitang back down from messing with Bingustan due to its membership in the Bingus Union, which Polsk backed as it moved to attack Baitang which prompted Baitang to threaten starting a 'Sixth Swagonian War' which would lead to Polsk falling into an attrition-induced civil war again. Baitang compared their annexation of Northern Bingustan to Polsk's integration of Karlsfell, which Polsk denied. No actual conflict would break out over this crisis.
