Breadland all of the sudden spoke normally instead of using a variety of unusual fonts, though this soon became 'corrupted' by strange characters, just as what happened to Scandimar during the Asian Worker's War. Yetia and the UQSR quickly realised the cause behind this was another Scandimaro Sleeping Sickness outbreak, prompting them to unleash the Laser Tower Array to erect shields around Breadland to prevent it from spreading as "Nihilist America" arose. The population of Breadland quickly became vicious and began trying to breakdown the border wall with Creepyland. Yetia tried to use the cure in the Bipolar Resonators to wipe out the infected, with the shields being briefly lowered to stop it, which ended in disaster as Nihilist America survived this, leading to countries evacuating their populations into bunkers which the Nihilists called useless as they planned to use sonar to locate and drill into all bunkers. In an attempt to stop the surviving Nihilists, Yetia unleashed the full power of the Yetian Laser Tower to obliterate Breadland, which failed once more as they had already begun escaping its borders, quickly spreading out across southern Yorica, prompting Yetia to issue an order to destroy anything leaving the Americas while the UQSR began preparing planetary evacuation ('Operation Genesis') as a part of Iujado Code 1. It became clear that if the Nihilists were capable of hiding to avoid the Resonators attempting to mass-cure them was pointless, leaving them with 3 options to either individually cure all infected and prevent their spread with intensive quarantines, kill all infected, or allow all of Humanity to be subsumed into a second Great Sleep which would erase all knowledge of the infection, which would prevent it from activating. Yetia inquired about Operation Genesis, but the UQSR refused to give any details.

Various top secret documents from the Asophania QTSR were leaked while Yetia worked on reverse-engineering a cure via the resistance Yomtachs had to the sleeping sickness (as it only presented as a fever to them with no cognitive effects). Bornuvia began decoding the leaked Asophanian documents, which seemed to suggest that something known as "Nihilantis" was approaching Yata. Any attempts to inquire what the various strange documents coming from Asophania meant failed as the entire country seemed to have cut off all external communication and all physic Iual envoys were destroyed. Iujadogia came to the conclusion that Asophania had been infected as a massive laser erupted from New South City firing into empty space, striking a start hat grew brighter and brighter the longer the laser remained until it suddenly turned off, prompting Yetia to expand the blockade of North America to also include Antarctica. Yetia continued its cure based on the Yomtach genome, managing to develop a rudimentary vaccine which prevented the Sleeping Sickness from altering memories and made its other symptoms only present as a fever.

As Yetia began weaponising its cure (which made the Sickness only present as a intense fever with a 20% lethality rate) into a long-range weapon that could be safely administered to the vicious infected, signals began to be broadcasted out of Asophania which stated things such as "♒︎♏︎●︎◻︎ ❍︎♏︎ ♒︎♏︎●︎◻︎ ❍︎♏︎ ♓︎ ♎︎□︎■︎⧫︎ ♑︎♏︎⧫︎ ♓︎⧫︎ ♒︎□︎⬥︎ ♒︎□︎⬥︎ ⬥︎♒︎♋︎⧫︎ ♋︎❍︎ ♓︎ ❍︎♓︎⬧︎⬧︎♓︎■︎♑︎" and other indecipherable garbled messages. Each nation was quipped with Yetia's cure-weapons as the Second Nihilist War properly began as the nations of the world rushed to invade, cure, and kill all infected that stood in their path. Making use of the Asolab, the Nihilist Empire began rapid production of cloned soldiers to fight its enemies, prompting Mei'ra to join the conflict and begin producing a cloned army of its own to fight alongside the nations of Yata. Iujadogia was quickly overrun by the cloned army derived from their own technologies, leading to an Iujado being infected which proved that the Sleeping Sickness could indeed jump species. Yetia's cure thankfully also managed to rid the infected Iujado of the sickness, but the prospect of it spreading out of control like this was deeply concerning. Mei'ra launched its invasion of South America while Yetia proposed using the Laser Tower Array to destroy the cloning facilities in Asophania. Iujadogia tried to convince them not to as the facility used to be owned by the YNF, therefore there could be anything down there. The YNF taunted Iujadogia over this, but Iujadogia disregarded it as it launched infiltrations into Asolab while the Nihilist Empire launched counteroffensives in the Americas, which it managed by creating 'infected' variants of the vaccine-guns to infect everyone they shot. Iujadogia found various strange apparatuses in the Asolab's condemned sections containing massive tubes of regular and green blood and corpses, while the Nihilists completed an 'anticure' which wiped out antibodies and memorycells of vaccinated individuals to make them vulnerable again, packaging this with the Sickness in order to facilitate its spread.

The Nihilists went through Iujadogia's global tunnel system and commandeered the New South City Laser Tower and the Doggerland Laser Array to launch a barrage onto Mei'ra in order to smash through its shields, prompting the UQSR to inform the world to begin immediate evacuations as the old world was effectively compromised. Mei'ra fled into underwater compounds, Yetia fled underground into Yentevia and others fled underground. Iujadogia issued a Code 2 threat as the UQSR began preparing the 'Genesis Ship' as people began evacuating towards Tritonia to depart Yata, with even half of Mei'ra leaving. All those that arrived at Tritonia began to board the Genesis Ship as the Nihilists launched out their concoction of anticures, aerosolized Sickness, and sleeping gas across the planet as all who couldn't make it onboard the ship hid as deep as they could to avoid detection. Yata launched its evacuation to Theia as Yata was left to be consumed by the virus until it had run its course and faded so that Humanity may restore order amongst its clueless brothers.

Those whom managed to be evacuated were all vaccinated and shielded to prevent infection as a laser fired from the ship to the Aral Laser Array to broadcast a radio signal while Iujadogia kept investigating the Asolab's lower levels. Everyone was offloaded as refugees in Northport, Macanaland for 2 weeks as everyone waited for the virus to die out in the environment of Yata over the span of 2 weeks, which would be followed by sleeping gas being released in order to induce a temporary comatose to 'reset' the infected back to a blank slate. Any attempts for the infected to escape off world were to be prevented by shooting down any vessels that left the planet. After the 2 weeks passed, gas was released on Yata which induced a sleep onto them, neutralizing the Sickness. All countries that had fled into bunkers restored themselves as the Post-Sleep Conflicts began to take hold as those which had fled to Theia returned.
