The Theian Germanic State completed its expansion eastward up to the Savalon River, after which the Economy Minister 'Herman Kramer' granted Energon and Aetrnus Materials large land grants (with Energon's being larger) in the nation's interior desert aside from a remaining 20% under public ownership. The land-sales and expansion eastward led to the establishment of 'Ölstadt' on the coast of the Savalon focused on shipping out oil over the river thanks to largescale Energon and AM investments in the region allowing it to fairly quickly set up extraction camps and pipelines which would one day connect the TGS' two costs with their oil fields, meanwhile the service sector also found expansion as a series of resorts lacking a line of site with the industrial sectors were established.
