Sizzle Pragmatic Reforms

After his failures in the Linelandic War of Independence, the politburo of the Sizzlean Socialist Party ousted Chairman Liu Huang from his position as leader of the Social Republic of Sizzle. Shortly afterwards, Ming Yue Kang was elected the new chairwoman whom espoused a philosophy stating that a superpower could only stand if its 'sphere' was orderly, thus Sizzle moved to stabilize the Eurasian Security Council to the best of its ability. A notable result of these conferences was a formal treaty with various democratic politicians within the Sizzlean occupation zone of Amur, leading to the establishment of a 'Second Linelandic Republic' in the region going by the name of 'Chernolinnas' as the newest member of the ESC, leading to heightened tensions with Siberia as they denounced the treaty as imperialism (especially as dissidents began moving to Chernolinnas).
