The Siberian National Duma passed president Vasily Stepanov's proposal to reorganize the Siberian Confederacy into the 'Siberian Federation', maintaining the autonomies of all minority republics while Tritonian and Linelandic regions were merged into a 'Siberian Republic' composed of local autonomous okrugs, with Vasily announcing "Gone are the days of ethnic separation, I hope you all, the Siberian people see this as a step in the right direction where our past ethnic squabbles may be forgotten, and the nation may be a testament to cooperation forevermore, as the greatest nation to ever inhabit this land we now call Siberia". This of course freaked out the Tritonian Confederacy as it believed that the East Tritonians were being oppressed, while East Tritonia Okrug and Linasgrad Okrug were conflicted about the whole situation due to being dominated by left-leaning politicians rather than the ruling center-right, while the North Sakha Republic freaked out that Stepanov would drag Siberia into a war against Sizzle over the Amur Government, which the Khuree Protectorate and Buryat Republic thought was preposterous despite the Perzat-Tritoniya Okrug ardently supporting war, leading to Almatsk opening its border checkpoints out of protest. Khuree decided to contact the Confederacy to warn them of a possible conflict between Siberia and the Confederacy, which they and many Republics/Okrugs opposed. In the Confederate Senate, many such as Rumynskye and Zaporozhye saw this as a great opportunity to reclaim East Tritonia, while Siberia accelerated its plans against Amur after finding out that Khuree had 'warned' the Confederacy, forcing Khuree to be compliant at the threat of revoking its semi-sovereignty while defiant republics such as Khakassia were silenced. Putting his plans into motion, President Stepanov announced 'emergency mass militarization' while a military alliance was signed with Poland, Ostmark, and England, freaking out the Confedercy once more as they realised that Siberia had decided that war was inevitable. After a couple months, Siberia demanded immediate annexation of the Amur Government or else it would invade, which Sizzle and Amur refused after receiving Confederate guarantees of assistance, leading to Siberia declaring war on the Sizzlean-Confederate Alliance.

Siberian forces set up defensive positions in the west to manage local unrest in Almatsk and hold back the mobilizing Confederacy while a 'blitzkrieg' offensive was launched into Amur. The situation in Almatsk soon became untenable as the 'East Tritonian Republic' declared open rebellion, forcing the East Tritonia Okrug to relocate its government to Almytara, while to the east Siberia had managed to largely sweep up Amur as Perezatski fell to their invasion which led to the capture of Amur's leadership, leading to a new military government being formed in Yuzhno, prompting the Confederacy to begin supporting Sizzle with equipment to resist the Siberian invasion. To the west, Poland declared it would achieve its supremacy and Ostmark declared that the Eighth State of Vedaburg would be avenged, together attacking eastwards towards the Danube and Dnieper. Largescale uprisings began happening in the Confederate claimed territories of Urumqi and Altay while Bohemia capitulated to the poles and Siberia crossed into Faylamere, proclaiming that Siberia would march on for 'democracy and liberty'. The Confederacy began preparing to restore a unified army as its local Republic and Oblast armies largely failed to hold back the Siberian and Polish advances, soon leading to the formation of the much more effective Confederate Army to counter Poland's massive military created thru Project Supremacy. The Linelandic White Army which had been exiled to the Spinese Wasteland began to make moves once more, seizing several isolated Siberian arctic possessions. Sizzle did its best to hold on and prevent Siberian forces from capturing Beijing. Poland demanded that the remaining SCA members in southeast Europe surrender in return for not being partitioned, which they refused. Siberia began supporting separatists in the Caucasus, prompting the Confederacy to start trying to support Tritonian separatists despite Siberia priding itself as a pluralistic union of Linelandics and Tritonians as the Confederacy believed that Siberia didn't seek coexistence but rather assimilation into a single fake 'Siberian' identity, refuting Siberia's accusations of the Confederate delegation system as imperialistic. Polish forces began withdrawing from parts of Najova while Confederate forces advanced into Belarusia and pushed Siberia away from Mylonagrad. Poland offered peace in return for being granted everything west of Belarusia and the Dnieper, which the Confederacy refused as it rushed to reclaim the areas seized by the Polish, prompting Poland to authorise Ostmark proclaiming a new 'Vedan State' as Poland began preparing plans to partition the Confederacy (despite Siberia not wanting this). Sizzle began receiving technical support from Asophania while the Confederacy advanced eastwards. Siberian forces reached the gates of Beijing, forcing Sizzle to rapidly retreat to avoid casualties while the Confederacy tried to support uprisings in Yenisei to bring pressure off of Sizzle, which only made Siberia support its own rebellions in the Caucasus even if Sizzle saw some success in Inner Mongolia.

The Confederacy managed to push Siberia fully out of its territory, giving hope to Yenisei-Tritoniya and Altay while largescale revolts began occurring in Polish occupied territories as the 'United Partisan Front' proclaimed a new 'Unaligned Resistance Organization' fighting against the Eurasian Pact yet declaring itself unaffiliated with the SCA. Francia began openly supporting the SCA to counter Poland, with other European states such as Germania also considering intervention. Confederate forces focused on reclaiming Rumynskye while supporting rebellions in Surgut, Vostok, and Tomsk, leading to the URO-affiliated 'Khanty-Mansi Free Army' rising up. Moesia and the Confederacy managed to reconnect as Poland's 'Astrakhan Plan' failed completely, leading to a significant depletion of morale especially within the Vedan State, leading to a revolt by the pro-SCA 'Donaubund' which saw Ostmark as a pariah. Confederate forces began making their way towards Xinjiang, inspiring Sizzle to keep fighting on even as it considered replacing Brother Hao with a more capable wartime leader. Turkestan proposed support for the SCA in return for being granted Turkic territories to the east, which the SCA agreed to. UPF forces found themselves incapable of capturing Warsaw, prompting the Confederacy to take over the operation while also advancing into Xinjiang thru Turkestan. Brother Hao officially resigned and was replaced by the militarist Liu Huang (who proclaimed himself 'People's Marshal of Sizzle'), leading to largescale military reorganizations which coincided with Siberian forces retreating from the East Kazakh Republic, though the Confederacy was preoccupied with the battle of Warsaw. Once Warsaw fell, more radical elements of the Rebirth of National Supremacy Party seized power and began bombarding the SCA with chemical bombs, prompting Germania to intervene which soon lead to Poland's capitulation, leading to Poland being partitioned into several occupation zones while the UPF proclaimed the 'Central European Provisional Union' in northeastern Poland. Now alone, Siberia offered white-peace but this was refused by Sizzle who was now dead-set on a total dismantling of Siberia. East Tritonia proposed a partition treaty to Turkestan, though Turkestan rejected it as it wished for a settlement after the war. Siberia began to unravel as the Selkup Republic revolted, Khuree was thrown into civil war as the Mongol Union rose up with support in Siberian-held Tuva as well (the 'Tuva-Uriankhay Uprising'), and Siberian forces were forced to retreat from the Beijing area in order to avoid a costly engagement there as Sizzle kept refusing calls for peace. With the East Tritonian offensive complete, the Confederacy focused on supporting Sizzle, while in the background the republics of North Sakha and South Sakha began scheming to take advantage of the turmoil.

Remaining Siberian military forces prepared a conference to discuss how the war should continue, launching a series of largescale offensives into Khuree while the Confederacy was busy integrating East Tritonia. With Siberia clearly preparing a western counter-offensive due to a 'take back the west!' propaganda campaign, the Confederacy prepared to target enemy supply-lines by invading the Yenisei while Sizzle planned on moving thru Khuree into Ozergorod to cut off supply for Siberian forces in Manchuria and the west. Just as Siberia began to advance west, Sizzle completed the Ozergorod offensive which greatly limited Siberian supplies heading westward, leaving only Khakassia's militias defending the remaining supplies. With the war clearly ending in failure, North and South Sakha executed their plan by declaring the 'All-Tungus Congress' ardent on overthrowing the Siberian government by marching on Linasgrad to abolish the Federation despite widespread Federal support among the Sakhan public, forcing Siberia to pull off forces to deal with the uprising as the militia from the Beijiang Republic refused to give support. With Siberia in turmoil, the SCA launched one final mass offensive against the enemy, leading to discontent within the Confederacy as many saw this as a violation of the 'Bystander Policy'. Mutinies began spreading across Siberia following Beijiang's refusal to give the government first, starting with the Sichilista Okrug, then the West-Sichilista Raiyon, then the Chukotka Republic, then the Koryakia Republic. President Stepanov was trapped in Linasgrad as the city was surrounded, while England exited the war. A joint Sizzlean-Amurian-Sakha attack into the heart of Linasgrad led to the fall of the Presidential Palace and Duma, leading to the remaining Rurikpavlovsk Raiyon, Kamchatka Krai, and Okhotsk Okrug declaring mutiny, which prompted the remaining Siberian provisional government in Kholodok to surrender. With the Siberian government destroyed, Chukotka, Khakassia, and Sichilista declared self-governance as the remaining 'Siberian' lands were occupied.

Thus, peace negotiations began as Turkestan proposed a partition where it would gain much of East Kazakhstan aside from border territories going to Sizzle, while East Tritonia would extend up to Altai Proper which would be a neutral state, which Turkestan-Sinkiang, North Shipeniye, and Urumqi all agreed to. Sizzle next 'adopted' the Mongol Union as a puppet-state and then demanded complete independence for all of Siberia's republics, ignoring all concerns of rising ultranationalism as they wished to eliminate Siberia as a threat once and for all, which Turkestan and the Confederacy thought was too drastic and thus abstained as Sizzle carved up much of Siberia into sovereign states while the Amur Government was reorganized into the 'Second Linelandic Republic' which absorbed Perzat-Tritoniya, Zabaykalsky and South Okhotsk while the White Army seized Rurikpavlovsk (though the White Army and Republic unified shortly afterwards) in return for evacuating from Chukotka and Sakha, who federated with Beijiang. The Yenisei-Tritoniya Provisional Okrug refused to join the Linelandic Republic as it saw the Siberian Federation as the rightful government of Siberia, promptly becoming a de facto independent state. Altai, Khakassia, and Tuva-Uriankhai formed the 'Siberian-Turkic Federation' while Khanti-Mansia and Selkupia formed the 'Samoyed-Ugric Union', with all successors of Siberia aside from the remaining pro-Federalists in Yenisei-Tritoniya and Sichilista being joined into the new 'Eurasian Security Council' alliance. To the west, the parts of poland not taken over by the CEPU were reorganized into a new Second Republic of Poland while the Donaubund was forcibly dissolved as Vedaburg, Palladia, and Magyar rejoined the Confederacy, leading to the remaining western half of the Bund joining Germania. Thus, the Treaty of Volzhskiy was officially adopted;

Controversy over the results of the war erupted in the Confederacy, where a special session of the Senate was held as Palladia and Nova Polska stated that the Confederacy could not continue as it was due to hardliners dragging them into a war of expansion while Poland rampaged the west of the country, which Almatsk disagreed with as it saw the conflict as reclaiming rightful Tritonian land. Just as Mylonagrad began to agree with Palladia's cause, Palladia accused Siberia of being 'right' in its accusations of the Confederacy being an imperialist over Pro-Exodusism, proclaiming that it would no longer remain in the Confederacy if that meant being complacent with imperialism as the Confederacy had violated its statues of neutrality to ally with Sizzle with applause from the Pro-Exodus politicians. Mylonagrad noted that every opinion was accepted in the Confederacy and that Palladia must learn to live with the Pro-Exodus figures, though this failed as Rumynskiye, Moscow, and Mari El joined Palladia in a motion to expel East Tritonia due to believing that the Confederacy could not survive with the region in their union. Tritoniyagrad, Tatarstan, and Magyar aligned with the Anti-Exodists while riots broke out across Novo Turkiye, Bashkiria, and many major cities to the point that civil war seemed possible, though Mylonagrad remained reluctant to call in the army. With Mylonagrad unwilling to expel East Tritonia, Magyar, Palladia, Vedaburg, Rumynskiye, Moldavia, Mephisinia, Nova Polska, Ukraine, Crimea, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Nova Byelorussia, Nova Litva, Nova Polska, Chernobyl, Kyiv, Donets, Voronezh, Saratov, Samara, Ryazan Seredina, Tula, Moscow, Orel-Bryansk, Belgorod, Krasnodar, Nizhedonia, Volga, Delta, and Astrakhan seceded from the Confederacy and formed their own 'Ruthenian Confederacy', while the rest of the Caucasus broke away and formed the 'Caucasian League', which the remnants of Tritonia were unable to invade.
