As World War 16 raged on, the sky grew brighter as Asophania recognized this presence; 'Sanmor'. Nihilantis begged to simply allowed to go home, while Sanmor proclaimed that Asophania's days were now numbered as there was something they had been neglecting. The New South City Laser Towers pointed towards the Arctic as Sanmor seized control; stating "I am the Sanctorum Mortis, By my will... I set you free." The lasers shot across the planet in a devastating strike, destroying buildings and melting glaciers. Petoria and Kauria formed the Second Trophian State as Asclan and Yomtachia were let loose onto the world, rushing south from the Arctic as the World War came to a close at an instant as the warring Human factions were overrun. Katryk was massacred as the streets were filled with blood. Humanity had no way of fighting back and was forced to flee, with everyone who could escaping to Prospero or Asophania. The Yomtachs appeared to have changed during their time in isolation, now having much tougher leathery skin which allowed them to resist more bullets. All attempts to fight back failed as all Human armies were dispersed in a panic. Ships which hadn't even finished boarding began fleeing to Theia as Mylonagrad was blown to bits. Once the Yomtachs came across nuclear silos hidden under Faylamere they used them to take out the space port in Prospero, trapping most of Yata on the planet. Sizzle simply fled to the most defensible lands it could such as Utsong to try to survive. With most of Yata having fallen, the remnants of Humanity largely relocated to Antarctica while Mei'ra isolated itself from the world once more. Up to 70% of those which did not escape were killed in a brutal worldwide massacre, prompting Asophania to try to call for help from Theia with the laser tower.

Yata had fallen as the only major Human holdout of Antarctica had been cut off from the world under protective shields as they fled out of cowardice. The High Chiefdom of Asclan and Chiefdom of Yomtachia set up massive clans stretching across much of Eurasia and North America, while the rest of Yata was carved up between all other clans. In North America, the Occa-Sierra Clan began investigating the strange territory they found themselves controlling, bringing in Human specialists to investigate 'Omnistat'. These Human specialists loyal to California in Exile recovered a number of documents known as the Omnistat Files, which they explained as 'useless papers' to cover their escape thru the anarchic territory of Louisiana, making their way in thru Torium before moving to the somewhat more hospitable Truck. Truck explained that it could not move anymore as Icosahedron (who boasted about ruling the waves) had blocked them, so the Californians should instead use a tunnel that went from Floria to Pandaland, which California decided to go down a little later. Floria encountered California during its stay, being glad that they had survived to the point of deciding to tag along to Antarctica. Theia was still unable to contact Yata as communications were down and no ships could pass through the Planetary Shields that were raised above Theia due to the events of the Iujadogian-Macanese War, while Asophania was dedicated to rebuilding Asolab to house the refugees. A Yomtach crackdown into Louisiana seemed inevitable, but the weather conditions seemed to never be in their favour as arriving during the Antarctic winter would be suicide as an Insurgency set in.

Certain human holdouts kept fighting against the Yomtachs, although such groups largely saw little success apart from the Ortil-Jeriya Confederation which still managed to hold its own. Yomtach forces wiped out pockets of resistance in Wanaoishi, Eteria, and Catania as the Trophians proved to be among the more competent threats. The Ezerg-Daruv Wars lead to the rise of the Interspecies Kingdom, the first major Pro-Human Yomtach faction which granted equal rights to all species and even recruited Humans into its ranks. The Interspecies Kingdom (ISK) would later continue to expand, conquering the Cal-Draujig clan. To the further west, the large Kryjfgniraew clan-union intervened against the failing campaign against the Ortil-Jeriya Confederation by seizing control over the Mezeka clan, which was partitioned between the Kryjfgniraew and OJC. Feep managed to liberate all of Madagascar from the Kebloizka clan. The Omnistat launched a largescale raid against Occa-Sierra to reclaim a number of military bases and communications arrays, coinciding with all other Omnistat splinters falling while in north america the Trophians managed to reclaim all of Greenland. Until the end of 203 the Nuan Krovh clan-union had largely left the region of Scandimar now under their control alone as its humans survived, though it was soon revealed that this was due to Chief Esuap's planned revenge against Scandimar for its previous genocides of Yomtachs. All of the sudden, Yomtach forces rushed into Scandimar and instated a 'purge' where all cities and natural landmarks such as forests were burned to the ground as the ground was salted to make resettling it as difficult as pososible, only leaving a couple survivors who escaped the slaughter.

As the war reached its 4th year, all remnants of Humanity finally agreed to begin preparing for war...

Asophania, California and Gensokyo land their ship in the ruins of New South City.

Aso steps out.

Asophania says "It's colder than it was.."

"That's good.."

They enter the reconstructed Asolab.

California says "I like what you did with the.. renovations.."

Gensokyo says "Very sleek."

Asophania says "Less talking, more planning."

"We're here to monitor the spread of the plague amongst the Yomtach population."

"And to stop them from making any kind of transmission to a colony world."

"If we can pull this off.. we can catch them while they're weak."

California says "Well..."

"What do you plan to do with any survivors?"

Asophania says "Well... that's what I'm still thinking."

"We need to work out a balanced solution.."

Gensokyo says "What do you mean by that?"

Asophania says "I'm still thinking that.."

"Gen. Go recalibrate the laser tower."

"Uhh.. reset the localiser and GPS coordinates..."

"Then change the mode to...."

"Regenerate."

California says "You're not planning to-"

Asophania says "Scratch that.."

"I have a plan, and if you don't like it... You can leave."

Gensokyo says "You're going to rewrite.. Their genetic code?"

"Into what?"

Asophania says "I was thinking like... A way that allows them to speak like a human.."

Gensokyo says "Nonetheless... It's wrong.."

Asophania says "I stand by my commitments."

"They deserve it."

California says "You're sickening.."

California leaves.

Gensokyo hesitates, but follows, and they both fly back to Theia.

Asophania says "Whatever.."

Asophania looks at the data from The girl.

He finds an encoded file, addressed to him.

"Bingo."

It's the digital genetic code for the laser.

Written in Astakaram by him.

He copypastes the code to a program which turns out a capsule.

He places the capsule in a long tube, which takes it away.

Charging...

Asophania tunes into PAs across Theia.

"People of Yata..."

"Our time has come to recolonise our land."

"Our armies are mobilised, and are being sent..... Now."

Hundreds of thousands of troop carrier ships leave Theia for Yata containing armies from many Yatan countries.

Asophanian soldiers began landing in Tritonia and even the Omnistat accepted a temporary alliance while Mei'ra deployed millions of cloned soldiers. The Interspecies Kingdom had aligned itself with Humanity, though with Asophania's intentions of what was essentially another genocide quite clear, they asked for mercy, prompting Asophania to eventually relent and demand that they go underground if they want to survive, leaving the ISK's Humans to take charge. Asophania tasked the Tritonians with wiping out the survivors, while they themselves would render the Yomtachs incapable of fighting, unleashing the Bipolar Resonators (from World War 6) onto Yata once more as an orange-coloured pulse permeated across the planet, completely paralyzing all Yomtachs as the two pulses collided in a spectacular aurora at the equator. With their enemies immobilized, enraged Human armies stormed across Yata in a way similar to how the Yomtachs did 4 years prior, slaughtering all Yomtachs in their paths. Atrocities across the world began as the immobile Yomtachs were run over, burned alive, and lynched by the Humans. Lasers struck major population centres and armies kept advancing as Human governments from before the war began to return such as Sizzle, Tritonia (who unified with Drenemoria) and Yetia (who emerged from New Yetia and Yentevia). Soon, Yomtach-kind was successfully wiped out off of the surface of Yata.
