As the relations between the Yetian Commonwealth and Yetian Confederacy began to gradually deteriorate, the exiled YNF began to quickly prepare for another attempt to seize power as they began rapid production of their BX-1 and BX-2 series War-Androids. Now having a proper army, they demanded control over Yetia, which the Allied League and The Coalition reacted to dismissively as they prepared weapons to counter the androids before any attacks could come. The YNF was displeased by their inaction, promptly dropping in scout androids from their airships into their 'enemies' territories, which were disabled via experimental EMP weapons developed by Islandia, with most notably Sipedro collecting the deactivated androids for reverse-engineering purposes. Yetia and the YNF promptly begin clashing in the skies as their airfleets engaged, with the YNF eventually gaining the upper hand and kidnapping the Yetian government to be experimented on, leaving the country in a precarious position as forces loyal to the YNF, certain monarchist militias calling themselves the Restoration Front, and the rebellious English Free Army rose up in revolt against the two Yetian governments, whom received support from Sipedro in fighting off the YNF forces landing in Newtown. The YNF proclaimed that they would avenge Yetia's past defeats, disappointing their enemies as peace seemed impossible. After kidnapping many of their combatants, they attempted a bizarre surgical experiment they called the 'Transblood Surgery', replacing the blood of 1000 of those they had captured with Yeqwiquan blood captured after World War 3. This incident was quickly leaked by Yetia, with the world finding their acts disgusting and cruel, prompting various nations across the world to join together to stop the YNF from completing their horrible acts, with the Yetian Confederacy even rejoining Yetia proper after the Restoration Front had been destroyed. Yetia used missiles to break into the YNF's Antarctic facilities, where they discovered the machinery the YNF used to pursue the Transblood Surgery alongside thousands of fearful 'Hybrids' begging for their lives, swiftly fleeing into unknown areas of the world after misunderstanding Yetia's intentions regarding them to be much darker than it was in reality. Hoping to figure out what to do with the situation, Yetia contacted the Yeqwiqu Collective regarding what they should do about the situation, with a Yeqwiquan going by the name ⍙-10 responding, explaining that the only way to cure them would be to kill them. Yetia did not want to kill them so they asked for alternatives, prompting ⍙-10 to explain that they would die soon regardless, making them not a long-term threat.

With the Hybrids now missing and the YNF and Restoration Front routed from Yetian territory, the conflict came to a close as an uneasy peace was formed with the newly established Third Kingdom of England that had successfully seceded under the leadership of the House of Yetevia. Yetia became largely unstable after its victory, making it fearful of war and the recently escaped Hybrids, which were tracked down to a region of the western Sahara Desert where they had formed the 'Hybrite Empire' as their own society, destroying all scouts and envoys sent their way as Yetia continued to investigate the facilities they had originated from. Tensions between Yetia and England were particularly bad, with Yetia greatly opposing the monarchy in place in the region as a threat for their nation, which England largely did not care for as they believed Yetia to be too weak from the war to fight them.
