All of the sudden in 270, a fleet of 90 Covenant ships arrived in the Alpha Sol System and launched a surprise attack on Theia, sending ground forces into Polsk, the Theian Republic, and an unclaimed area north of Uchtadaryo as they bombarded Polsk and its allies while Theia's once peaceful skies were filled with clashing spacecrafts. Polsk's fleet was still on its way to help fight off the invasion, forcing the TR and Polsk to fight back on their own against the invaders which saw them as the biggest threats to claiming the System for themselves.
