The Free Poavak Army, a group of insurgents in New Luxurian Poavak, conveniently kept shooting down planes carrying ammunition in order to fight against their occupiers. This made N.L Poavak angry and demand that the NLE invade Nilastan, who they held responsible. Despite the FPA shooting up the city of Uwu in Luxuria proper, the NLE advised N.L Poavak against attacking Nilastan, eventually managing to convince them to not cause a world war.
