After World War 11 the region of 'Tigreland' was annexed by Goldaria, who now had to decide if the region would become a new federal region or be incorporated into either Afaria or Goldaria Proper, leading to the Parliament deciding that it should go to Goldaria Proper. This greatly angered the Afarian and Somali communities who accused the parliament of being biased due to Goldaria Proper having the most seats due to being the most populous and therefore closed votes only in Parliament would only favour them, leading to Goldaria cracking down upon Afaria and Somalia due to their discontent, which inspired them to launch a revolt against the government as they seceded and launched an invasion of Tigreland. Khat and Wanaoishi began silently supporting the rebellions in order to try to break Sizzlean influence on the continent, with Khat even joining directly into the war, inspiring Eteria to come to Goldaria's defence. Goldarian forces began to push fairly deep into Somali territory as they moved to surround its capital of Meteleya. While everything appeared to be going well for Eteria and Goldaria, all of the sudden a number of Sizzlean soldiers landed in Eteria, prompting Khat to withdraw as to avoid conflict. Eteria was quickly overrun by Sizzlean soldiers, soon leading to its capitulation which lead to Goldaria's own war effort falling apart, which only became worse once Sizzle invaded them as well. Once Goldaria capitulated, Sizzle allowed Afaria and Somalia to remain independent in return for handing over all of Goldaria Proper, which they accepted. Afaria additionally redrew its border with Khat.
