Prithvi, the new ruler of the Second Utsongan Khanate had strange visions about his god Tengri speaking to him, demanding a conquest of the globe. The first victim of this conquest was Nilastan, prompting Utsong's armies to rush down the Himalayas from two directions and charge into Nilastan, which initially failed to gather international support as Creepyland, Luxuria, and Nakmai all rejected sending aid. Nilastan briefly saw some success at Ahmedabad before they were broken once more, leading to Utsong's armies surrounding and besieging the capital of Pirtil. Nilastan was soon fully kicked off its mainland and forced to relocate to Sri Lanka, leading to Nopedro finally offering support as it sent an army to invade the east coast of Nilastan around the same time that Utsong landed on Sri Lanka. Despite the best efforts of Nilastan and Nopedro, Utsong managed to crush all resistance and attempts to reclaim the country, leading to the establishment of Utsongan Nilastan as a subject of the khan.
After being victorious in this war, Prithvi Khan proclaimed the formation of the 'Utsongan Empire', which made Nakmai nervous of attack despite Utsong claiming it would focus elsewhere first.
