The Nay'Bling Crisis inspired the people of Poavak to take a stand against their corrupt communist regime, leading to anti-government forces storming the government buildings in Jakarta as the presidency fled into bunkers after designating Marshal Rasman as the successor if they were to die. Once the presidency did indeed go missing, Marshal Rasman seized power as Jakarta fell to the new Poavakian Republic.
Once Java fell, the blockade of Nay'Bling concluded as all military forces were deployed to deal with revolts breaking out all over the country. Despite being allies with Poavak, Nakmai did not involve itself and only watched as the CPP clawed back control over Borneo and occupied certain Nilastani island territories. Poavak questioned why Nakmai didn't involve itself and only seemed to smile about the situation, quickly growing annoyed over their 'ally's' lack of commitment, to which Nakmai explained smiling is good before being confused by when it was appropriate to smile. Nakmai questioned if being 'allies' even had any meaning as they had witnessed betrayals so many times, which Poavak saw as Nakmai being will to 'betray' them if they found it beneficial, which Nakmai claimed they wouldn't as their statements were merely an observation. Poavak managed to largely reclaim Sumatra and Sulawesi at this point as the Republicans were pushed back to Java. Nakmai('s leader) claimed it was ok as they were simply very bored, as they found the year-to-year events boring, luckily they would be leaving soon. After a brief struggle over Java, the final Republican forces in Semarang surrendered, marking the end of the conflict.
