After a while of building up its new territories, the United Floppa Republic sent an expedition to the abandoned Floppa City to restore order. The Floppas still living there were annoyed that the UFR was coming to end their anarchist way of life, so they revolted and formed the 'Free Territory of Floppa City' to fight back in an 'anarchist jihad' as the UFR fired at them with artillery over believing that Swagonia's anarchic influence was infecting them. In the ensuing battle, Floppa City successfully managed to repel the UFR forces out of its country, forcing them to form the 'Flop Cong Garrison' on Floppa City's northern border.
