Tensions rose high as Polsk kept sending spacecrafts and older seacrafts into TR territorial waters and airspaces, prompting the TR to demand that they back off which Polsk refused as the Republic was supposedly trying to make them violate their constitution so they were being defensive. TR told Polsk to back off as the two accused the other of provoking them, with a major incident occurring as a Polskan frigate charged at the blockade and got sunk which the Polskan government didn't do anything about as charging at a blockade wasn't exactly smart, angering the navy about the lack of action so they all began charging the blockade and clashing with TR ships, leading to some internal conflict in Polsk's military. Polsk suffered from terrorist attacks from the '[[Proud Floppas]]' terrorist group which lead to significant damage to the '[[Polsk Trade Center]]', with some TR paramilitants seemingly having provided them with the weaponry. Polsk demanded the TR get rid of the paramilitants, which it refused, to Polskan special forces 'brutalized' the paramilitant leaders overnight, leading to the TR accusing them of violating their sovereignty, so Polsk said that the TR demanded them to kill the protestors which was a part of the lead up to the war despite the TR only asking to stop the protests not to brutalize them, which Polsk explained as a natural response as they kill terrorists. 'Proud Floppas' committed various bombings and shootings in the Theian Republic until many of their leaeders were killed in the crackdowns, prompting the TR to suspect that Polsk was involved as the timing felt a little too convenient to be a coincidence, so Polsk tried to bet 100 billion credits to prove that they were right which the TR didn't really care about despite the PF claiming responsibility and calling both governments idiots. The PF upped their operations by smuggling 2 nukes from [[Jinx]], bombing Theia City and New Warsaw again, leading to even more casualties. | |||
