* The word counts (which are likely to have slight errors) for the following books are:
** Book 1 - "The Insurgency" has 14,912 words across eight chapters.
** Book 2 - "Daybreak" has 8,961 words across seven chapters.
** Book 3 - "Annihilation" has 4,500 words across the prologue and its six chapters.
** Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence" has 19,309 words across thirteen chapters.
** Book 5 - "From Dusk to Dawn in Miyaki" has 9,279 words across the prologue and its five chapters.
** Book 6 - "Once more, unto the Digiverse!" has 23,566 words across nine chapters.
** Book 7 - "The World Machine" has 13,512 words across the prologue and its eight chapters.
** Book 8 - "The Flavros Project" has 25,286 words across eleven chapters.
** Book 9 - "War of the Worlds, Part 1: Guinevere Lacrimae" has 16,712 words the prologue, epilogue and its seven chapters.
** Book 10 - "War of the Worlds, Part 2: Eos at the Gates of Dawn" has, at the time of writing, 12,163 words across the prologue and the first three chapters.
* The saga has many instances of retroactive continuity:
** Nihilantis was originally the secondary antagonist of Book 1 - "The Insurgency", however as the saga developed and Nihilantis developed as a character in Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence", his earlier appearance was erased.
** Book 1 - "The Insurgency" has a deleted chapter where Andrei is transported to the planet Skantos, but it is now presented as him falling unconscious en route to TERAPRO.
** Anahita and Isla existed as characters well before the time period in which Book 1 - "The Insurgency" takes place, and therefore their origin stories were adjusted.
** There are many instances in the earlier books in which countries are presented as individuals - any mention of countries outside of Book 5 - "From Dusk to Dawn in Miyaki" is considered as referring to the president of the country or a similar important figure. For example, Jimmy Navarro is referred to where "California" is named.
** There are considerable lore discrepancies concerning Emerald as a character in Book 1 - "The Insurgency." They are now considered a separate character rather than a fusion gem.
** The Digiverse project, although labelled as being in its prototype phase by the events of Book 6 - "Once more, unto the Digiverse!", is inferred to have begun development soon after the "death" of Carbonado in Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence". This was done in order to preserve Andrei and Cormac's continuity, in other words, provide a way in which they could live past old age.
*Carbonado is the only character to appear in all thirteen installments.
* Book 7 - "The World Machine" was originally titled "Echoes of the Cataclysm".
* Book 8 - "The Flavros Project" was originally titled "The Loom of Fate."
* The title "War of the Worlds, Part 1" was retroactively added to "Guinevere Lacrimae" after its conclusion.

Trivia
- The word counts (which are likely to have slight errors) for the following books are:
- Book 1 - "The Insurgency" has 14,912 words across eight chapters.
- Book 2 - "Daybreak" has 8,961 words across seven chapters.
- Book 3 - "Annihilation" has 4,500 words across the prologue and its six chapters.
- Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence" has 19,309 words across thirteen chapters.
- Book 5 - "From Dusk to Dawn in Miyaki" has 9,279 words across the prologue and its five chapters.
- Book 6 - "Once more, unto the Digiverse!" has 23,566 words across nine chapters.
- Book 7 - "The World Machine" has 13,512 words across the prologue and its eight chapters.
- Book 8 - "The Flavros Project" has 25,286 words across eleven chapters.
- Book 9 - "War of the Worlds, Part 1: Guinevere Lacrimae" has 16,712 words the prologue, epilogue and its seven chapters.
- Book 10 - "War of the Worlds, Part 2: Eos at the Gates of Dawn" has, at the time of writing, 12,163 words across the prologue and the first three chapters.
- The saga has many instances of retroactive continuity:
- Nihilantis was originally the secondary antagonist of Book 1 - "The Insurgency", however as the saga developed and Nihilantis developed as a character in Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence", his earlier appearance was erased.
- Book 1 - "The Insurgency" has a deleted chapter where Andrei is transported to the planet Skantos, but it is now presented as him falling unconscious en route to TERAPRO.
- Anahita and Isla existed as characters well before the time period in which Book 1 - "The Insurgency" takes place, and therefore their origin stories were adjusted.
- There are many instances in the earlier books in which countries are presented as individuals - any mention of countries outside of Book 5 - "From Dusk to Dawn in Miyaki" is considered as referring to the president of the country or a similar important figure. For example, Jimmy Navarro is referred to where "California" is named.
- There are considerable lore discrepancies concerning Emerald as a character in Book 1 - "The Insurgency." They are now considered a separate character rather than a fusion gem.
- The Digiverse project, although labelled as being in its prototype phase by the events of Book 6 - "Once more, unto the Digiverse!", is inferred to have begun development soon after the "death" of Carbonado in Book 4 - "The Divine Resurgence". This was done in order to preserve Andrei and Cormac's continuity, in other words, provide a way in which they could live past old age.
- Carbonado is the only character to appear in all thirteen installments.
- Book 7 - "The World Machine" was originally titled "Echoes of the Cataclysm".
- Book 8 - "The Flavros Project" was originally titled "The Loom of Fate."
- The title "War of the Worlds, Part 1" was retroactively added to "Guinevere Lacrimae" after its conclusion.
