After years of degrading Sipedro's international relations and image, President Henry El Fiesta was exposed for misusing funds given to Sipedro by Sizzle for his own enjoyment instead of reconstructing the nation as he had promised, leading to widespread condemnation from within and beyond Sipedro, eventually leading to Henry being forcibly ousted from power, though he did keep all of the money he had laundered. Sipedro elected themselves a new leader by the name of Heraclio El Fiesta, who decided to actually help Sipedro by using his own money to help fund its reconstruction efforts as well as fix up Sipedro's foreign relations.
