The SDS Foundation signed a deal with the Secure-Defend-Subjugate Backrooms to begin constructing SDS Containment Facilities within the Backrooms, formalizing ties between the two groups as the SDSB and SDS formally began to approach the issue of reintegration. This was incredibly unpopular within the SDSB as it undermined their own autonomy, causing nearly 70% of the SDSB High Council to defect and coalesce their defector groups into the 'Insurgency against Earthly Colonization of the Backrooms', entering a prolonged asymmetric war against the SDSB and SDS.
