After repeated failed expeditions, the SDSB called off any further expeditions into 'The Wonderland' following its discovery. 5 days later, a large part of the cliff in Level 17 (where The Wonderland was located) collapsed, revealing more of The Wonderland and giving them access to the 'pit' that the SDSB's base was situated in, allowing its "creatures" and "humans" to swarm in to take over. With no way to hold out, the SDSB forces fled from the engagement towards the entrance to Level 17.1, fighting their way through the swarm and sealing the entrance to prevent The Wonderland from spreading, though The Wonderland saw this barrier as insignificant when it came to its goal of 'spreading bliss'.
