After the defeat of Manzheboyi by Poavakian and Omnian forces the other NSE Factions were infuriated and promised revenge against those who wronged them. Especially Omnia due to without their support Poavak would've likely lost the Poavak-Manzheboyi war. As revenge for the Poavak-Manzheboyi war NSE Forces invade Red City thru the Gulf of Guinea and additional support from the Kurdufan Governorate.
