The Dark Object

The government of Asophania had seemingly vanished, so Denasola investigated. A strange document was found which referred to Saleuyth which seemingly coincided with a pitch-black nebula originating from Saleuyth appearing and obscuring the sky. Despite this, Denasola was largely incapable of investigating this as without FTL Travel being common place reaching this new 'dark nebula' would take 9-10 years. More documents would later surface regarding the writer of the documents, theorising that they suffered from schizophrenia or fatal insomnia after an encounter with an 'extra-universal entity' from a 'paradoxical reality'. Each document that was uncovered was found to be more and more distorted and incoherent from the last, with blood now splattered on the pages and all the writing devolving into unhinged ranting. The next documents depicted a map of Antarctica with the text 'What went wrong' over former Flamingia, then the word 'AQUILAE' splattered all over the page.

The dark nebula would soon grow in scope, obscuring the entire Sol System as the ruins of New South City began to crumble. The outermost Human satellites in the Beta Sol System took note of an increasingly dark object appearing in the distance, one which appeared to be consistently getting darker and darker, until it eventually disappeared. The only message to be retrieved from this object stated "Hpcridgjb Bdgixh", which was deciphered to mean "Sanctum Mortis". The next documents to be uncovered were written in an unknown language, which when deciphered was fixated on the term 'MALAHI'. The next documents to be uncovered spoke of The Biomass and the Iujado, seemingly being dated to a hundred years ago.

Lasers fired onto Cotunauinia, Iujadogia's assimilation.

After years, a signal from Asophania was received for the first time as they mumbled of 'judgement day', which was followed by Asophanian ships showing up in the arctic and pouring down cement into every cave opening they could find before returning to Antarctica. Castrovalence increased as Asophania appeared on Theia within the territory of Portosene, prompting Iujadogia to ask for them to be sent to Iujadogia instead, however all communications between Iujadogia and the outside world cut off as an entity calling itself 'Aquilae' replaced Portosene and simply stated 'Malahi'. Aquilae spoke of how Asophania and Iujadogia were once quite alike until Iujadogia outgrew its previous reliance on serving Nihilantis while Asophania had foiled Nihilantis' plans, prompting Iujadogia to simply ask who Aquilae was which was denied as Aquilae overrode Iujadogia and joined it into their efforts.

East Malia was the next to join 'Aquilae', prompting Macanaland to close its borders. On Yata the New South City Laser Tower flickered to life on 'Anti-Regeneration' settings, shattering the remnants of New South City as all remaining power in the area was diverted towards firing a massive orange-coloured blast onto Cotunauinia, contorting them back into a form they once were before, forcing Luvuria to freeze them in a time forcefield to prevent their spread. Memories of a voice speaking of their misdeeds under Nihilantis' influence coursed through Iujadogia's mind as their last attempts to resist those that were invading their mind failed as Iujadogia was assimilated. The ongoing crisis inspired Tritonia and Denasola to act, forming the 'Second Rus Alliance' to stand up against the threats, joined by countries such as Tritonien, Cipherna, Equador, Dzackazak, Cascisia, Astralo, Sothro, West Malia, Corinthius, Savalonia, Gensokyo, New Sapporo, Ellaria, Apothelis, Almadina, Luvuria, Floria, and Brazil. This new alliance allied itself with the Anti-Luxuria Coalition (Which now also opposed the Ligue Futuriste)

The final documents were finally uncovered, which increased Castrovalence to 0.3 This all gave Denasola and Tritonia a realisation; the current date was not so far away from Year 200, a date which was prophesised to bring forth the Fifth Human-Yomtach War ever since the Backrooms Arc, which when combined with Asophania pouring cement into arctic caverns once it re-appeared suggested that they once more knew what was coming. Another oddity that Denasola noticed in the documents were the words 'Sanctum Mortis', though their attention was quickly diverted as the shields keeping Cotunauinia contained began to fail, unleashing the Nihilist Iujado within as the Fourth Realm of Flamingia rushed into Luvuria.

Luvuria shouted at Flamingia, demanding to know why they had come back once more to ruin Humanity's future, prompting Flamingia to prophesise about Nihilantis' return. In fact, Flamingia revealed that Nihilantis was already here while Luvuria was isolated from the world and barred from aid. Flamingia refused to reveal why Nihilantis was doing all of this as Luvuria was left alone and isolated, until Flamingia stated this would change as Luvuria was finally wiped out. Tritonia took notice of Flamingia and remarked how they had ran away to a new location once more, like a fire in Tritonia's mind which re-appeared whenever it was forgotten. Tritonia demanded to know why Nihilantis was doing all of this, why it brought the Iujado invasions, why it brought the Sleep. Nihilantis proclaimed it was because Humanity deserved it as (Tritonia/Asophania) had taken everything from Nihilantis. (Tritonia/Asophania) reacted harshly, proclaiming that it would no longer exist if all it would be is a tool to fulfil Nihilantis' work to ruin Yata, lastly announcing its hate for Nihilantis as the Planetary Shields went up, prompting Nihilantis to proclaim that it was left no other choice...

Cotunauinia and Luvuria were restored, prompting Asophania to speak. Asophania told of how a millennia ago Nihilantis had told them the words 'Make A Lasting And Hopeful Interlude', or 'Malahi'. Nihilantis had been planning an ultimate move since even before the Iujado to bring Yata to peace by catching them off goard. Upon being prompted, Asophania revealed that throughout all of history they had always also been Tritonia, forced to hide this due to a deal they had signed with Nihilantis centuries in the past by disguising themselves as the 'screaming science guy'. Asophania had orchestrated all of Iujadogia's acts to try to take over Yata but always failed, prompting Nihilantis to attempt direct involvement in the form of Sakkiang and Cotunauinia, with Asophania even having built and corrupted ILCADOS. Now determined to redeem their fate, Apothelis was put in charge of the Second Rus Alliance.
